A small infant is alive and thriving daily after being confirmed as a still-born on April 02, 2012. Her mother drugged at her birth cannot not recall the whole situation, but was told her baby girl was a still birth had a vague memory of her daughter being taken away and, placed in coffin being taken to the hospital morgue. After twelve drooling hours to capture a cell phone picture photo; she and her husband were finally permitted to go in where her baby girl lay. Popping open the coffin, her mother, Analia Bouguet then touched her infant’s fingers and uncovered her face only noticing the baby moved and let out a frail cry. “I fell to my knees” is what the mother said and her brother who was with her quickly grabbed the baby running to get emergency aid. The case became public on Tuesday, April 03, 2012 after the deputy health minister in Chaco announced in a news conference that five medical professionals involved were suspended pending an official investigation. Boguet said she was handed a death certificate 20 minutes after her baby was born, but now she has yet to receive a birth certificate. The proud parents were reported as laughing and crying . The Bouguets are planning to sue the staff at the hospital of Resistencia for malpractice and are awaiting answers as to what really happened. They named their baby girl Luz Milagros which interprets as Miracle Light.
