Recently, a group of studies have been displaying data and information about soda drinkers ; also particulary in men whom may be subjected to have causes to be connected with having heart attacks and strokes, in addition with other related health issues. A recent study indicated that over a 23 year period men who had one soda a day was likely to have a heart attack, although not a fatal one. One particular study at the Havard University researchers reported using 43,000 men who drank soda increased heart conditions by 20%. Men between ages 40 to 75 were conducted in the study from 1986 to 2008. Every two years the men would answer health questions and report changes in health conditions. The study also revealed that many heritary aspects and habits may attributed to the increase along with sodas intake such habits of smoking and diet. The study also put on a a caution light that women are not free from the risk of heart disease related to sugary sodas. However, since the report stated that heart conditons in men related in no deaths, researchers recommend less intake of sodas and drinking more water caused reduced weight and less percentage of having heart conditions. Recommended intake of sodas should be kept to only one or two a week.
