Hearts of Color is an organization focused on providing information on heart disease affecting Black/African American women as well as minority women.
So often, vital information needed for women of color to be proactive as it relates to health, heart disease, and nutritional changes is vague uninformative or not provided at all. The death rate In the United States for Black/African American women from heart disease is higher than other ethnic groups.
Black/African American women are experiencing stokes more often now than ever before. Although Technology and modernization in health sciences Black/African American and minority women remain unknowledgeable to the seriousness of heart disease.
