This didn't turn out the way our man Flav wanted and they had to turn the page, but that exposure turned Hoopz, Nikki Alexander, into an instant super star...
They’ve (Shaq & Hoopz) been spotted together on several outings, and just days ago made headlines during a restaurant date at a Waffle House in Tennessee – but are Shaquille O’Neal and Nicole “Hoopz” Alexander really a couple?
The new rumor is that the two are not just dating, but on the verge of holy matrimony.
According to Gina Gomez at Thaindian.com, the owner of a Las Vegas restaurant has claimed that the Boston Celtic player got down on bended knee during a recent night out and asked Nicole to marry him.
Also… The Saint Louis Post-Dispatch reports that The Big Aristotle proposed to Hoopz last weekend while he was in Saint Louis to play in Albert Pujols annual charity golf tournament.
Meanwhile… Sam David, the owner of a restaurant in St. Albans, TN, where Shaq recently dined, told the paper: “I think [Shaq] may have proposed to his girlfriend. He brought a chair into the middle of the dance floor and he put a ring on her finger.”
Adding to the rumors…sports website Sports By Brooks reports that their site “has been informed that O’Neal has spent much of his summer in Hoopz’s hometown of Maryville, TN. In fact, the NBA star now has a home with Alexander in Maryville’s Royal Oaks golf community.”
Say it aint true. Didnt she get it on with Flava Flav. All I can say is Eww!. She is a very beautiful girl, just confused, from being on TV anyway. She might have more going on than what we see on TV, but even though I love me some Shaq, i would not put it past him. He's only a man and human. Who knows what goes on in the male's psych these days. He's only been divorced 6 months and I like Shawnee. She's sweet. I only wish them both the best and if the rumors are true and he has moved to her home town and is seeing her, I can only say Wow!

A man has to have him a woman, eh but I don't believe he's engaged. Shaq is known for messing with the media's mind. Perhaps he's trying to help Hoopz get some publicity. I don't believe he's trying to marry anyone. We'll see soon. I also like Shawny.
