Pastor Williams was born and raised in the city of Baltimore, Maryland. He is the senior pastor and founder of ALL NATIONS CHURCH, INC., located in Columbus, Ohio. He is also the president and founder of Network of Inner City Breakthrough Ministries, (N.I.C.B.M.), headquartered in Columbus, Ohio. N.I.C.B.M. is a ministry geared to bringing spiritual breakthrough to the inner cities of America.
Pastor Williams is founder and president of the Young Preachers’ Institute and the A.C.T.S. Ministers Ordination Institute. He has authored several books and is currently working on a major release entitled, “Sanctified s*xuality.” He is a much sought after conference speaker, whose travels have taken him to several nations of the world. He also hosts a daily radio broadcast in several cities throughout the U.S. called, “Midday Miracles.”
Pastor Williams is a visionary and apostolic ministry gift whose heartbeat is to bring the believers into a lifestyle of true worship. Wherever travels take him, he is used mightily of God to ignite the fires of revival and to plant the seeds of reformation. He possesses an anointing for the new millennium and he is committed to planting and pioneering local All Nations Churches throughout the world and is married to Andria Williams and they have three children.
