He prepareth the table before me in the presence of mine enemies... I was coming home late one night when this scripture hit me like a ton of bricks! The Lord showed me a table where I and the enemy was seated. Through the door comes a servant of the Lord who began to set the table. What was astounding was that he kept coming with more things for the table. For the scriptures say "he prepareth" it is an on going process. Before my enemy the Lord kept bring my things out to fill my table.
There are days when we wonder, "Why does the enemy get a front row seat to my life?" Remember the table was empty when we first sat down. Why does the enemy get to see me at a low point. Why? He needs to be front and center when the Lord begans to bless you. He anointed my head with oil, my cup runneth over... This is what blessed me...the enemy is still sitting there when I get up: Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me...Not my enemy.
The next time the enemy seems to be on the front row or at your table uninvited, tell him to sit back and relax...God is coming any moment to bring my blessing! He will be bringing the twins as well, Grace & Mercy! Glory!
Alright now & Amen! You better preach that...

Please don't get angry with me, but the enemy should never be sitting at your table in the first place. When the enemy looks into our futures, he get really angry with what he sees and tries to throw us off track. We all know he is permitted to touch our lives, but only as far as the LORD allows. If Angels are serving you, the enemy can't stand in their presence. "HE prepareth a table in the presence of mine enemies" is more like the enemy standing on the outside looking in. There's a hedge of protection around us, though he always seeks a way inside, but GOD'S grace and mercy keep him at bay. I can't see him being front and center when the LORD blesses me because "No weapon formed against me shall propser" and he certainly won't be allowed to stand front and center while you're being blessed lest he block your blessings. I'm glad you've been blessed, but never allow the enemy at your table!
