Pistol-popping family drama is back in full effect with Tyler Perry's latest film, "Madea's Big Happy Family." The film, starring Bow Wow, Isiah Mustafah, and Teyana Taylor, hits theaters April 22nd.
Like many films in the Madea series, Perry draws his original story from a play adaptation. Audiences hit the ground running with Madea alongside her niece Shirley who receives shocking news about her health. Shirley plans to share the news with her relatives but she and Madea have to face her family drama first. With her sassy and upfront attitude, Madea helps Shirley through drug-dealing drama, baby-mama problems, and of course, a big family secret.
