Natasha Pettigrew running for the Senate in the State of Maryland was killed by an SUV!
Doctors at Prince George's Hospital Center pronounced her dead at 10:30 p.m. Monday. The driver of the SUV, who could not be reached for comment, did not stop but called the police after arriving at home and discovering Pettigrew's bike lodged under her SUV. She has not been charged with a crime, the police said.

This is, to me, nothing but cold-blooded MURDER! There is no way in HELL that a person can drive a vehicle, suv or otherwise, and not know that something is stuck on the undercarriage...let alone a BIKE!

That’s what I said when I read that article. There's no way in HELL they didn't know! These devils will stop at nothing to achieve their goals and if somebody gets in the way, this is what can happen. Look at what the sister stood for. They don't want somebody talkin like that to the people in the senate. They want to keep the people under their control. That's a threat to their empire. It only takes one person to incite millions after that, it's a wrap!

Sarah Palin is back.
On Friday, she laid out her top 20 targets for the Republican takeover of Congress—all Democrats in tough districts who stood up to special interest money and right-wing pressure, and voted "yes" on health care reform.
1Palin's goal is to win enough seats to restore GOP control of the House and repeal health care reform.
No way, no how.
We've got to get moving to stop the takeover of Congress and save our progressive heroes. So we're launching the same massive people-powered volunteer program that helped propel Barack Obama to office in 2008.
This weekend, we're holding hundreds of Stop the Takeover house parties from coast to coast, during the big "One Nation" weekend of action. At the parties, we'll call other Move On members to find get-out-the-vote volunteers in key congressional districts—including many of the same districts Palin is so determined to win.
Leni W., a fellow Move On member, is hosting a party in Philadelphia on Sunday, Oct. 3, 2010, at 4:00 PM—can you make it?
We'll be calling other Move On members in some of the most hotly contested areas to ask them to help get out the vote locally. We'll be helping candidates that Move On members have named as Progressive Heroes, like Senators
Russ Feingold and Barbara Boxer, and Representatives Alan Grayson and Tom Perriello—as well as other Move On member-endorsed candidates in key races.
If we recruit enough volunteers for these folks, we'll stop Sarah Palin's plan dead in its tracks.
Of course, while making calls to stop the takeover, we'll have fun! Folks loved these gatherings when we did them to help then-candidate Obama in 2008. You'll meet other local progressives—and it'll be a dessert potluck, so if you can, please bring a treat to share.

November 2, Elections
Message to Democrats: We must vote on November 2, like our lives depend on it, because it does. The Republican Party has been hi-jacked by dangerous, radical hate mongers called the "Tea Party". Glen Beck and Sara Palin whose only goal is to take down President Obama and the government lead them. In any third world country this would be called a "Coup de Etat". In America we fight "coups" at the ballot box. These people hate Blacks. They hate Latinos. They hate Muslims and have at times made many anti-Semitic statements. They hate Gays. They hate any moderate Republican who might be likely to cooperate with Obama.
Their rallying cry? "We want to take back our country!! Take it back from whom? American soil is still wet with the blood of our ancestors who fought for our right to vote. And vote we must!
The polls say Republicans are going to win enough votes to take over the senate and congress because Democrats lack the enthusiasm to vote. We must get as many people to the polls now as we did to vote for Obama. We don't need enthusiasm. We need to vote out of fear. Fear that these radicals could take this country back to Jim Crow and the hey-day of the Ku-Klux-Klan. Don't think it could happen? Just stay home on Election Day and see what happens to this country.
Time is very short. Don't leave the voting to the other guy. Vote a straight Democratic ticket for your State Governor, and especially senator and congressman. Try to reach as many people as you can.

Interesting story, but I'm not sure if this is murder. People choose not to stop for various reasons especially women if a neigborhood isn't well lit, a dangerous area, etc. Maybe the driver had things in possession like alcohol, drugs, or even a gun that would prevent them from wanting to stop. Only the driver knows and God of course whether it was a case of murder or an accident.
