Marketing Strategy Associate/Lead About This Position: As the Marketing Strategy Lead, you will lead strategies and tactics specific to the new cardmember onboarding journey for credit card products. You will work closely with multiple stakeholders across the Credit Card Organization and the partner to deliver against business objectives.
You will be responsible for optimizing the existing customer experience by leveraging various marketing tactics, data insights, and voice of customer feedback to drive early and sustainable engagement with the credit cards.
You will develop marketing plans that continuously improve performance and help influence future strategies.
You will leverage analytics on offers, audience and channel performance to drive recommendations to grow the business profitably
You will be responsible for campaign management, reporting results and analytics on campaigns, maintaining controls and consistency with product positioning and brand guidelines.
Qualifications & Requirements
3- 5 years of relevant marketing experience
Demonstrated leadership and experience developing and deploying multi-channel marketing strategies
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional internal and external teams
Analytical thinker with ability to interpret data to identify key insights that drive change
