Sr. Director, Supply Chain NA Customer Service (New Consumer Health Company)

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for Senior Director, Supply Chain NA Customer Service, ideally located in Skillman, NJ.  Other locations in the U.S. may be considered.  Remote work options in the U.S. may be considered on a case-by-case basis and if approved by the Company.

Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals. 

It is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, this position may be conveyed with New Consumer Health.  In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to the successful candidate by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and would be subject to any necessary consultation processes. 

 

Responsibilities:

The Sr. Director, NA Customer Service leads the U.S. Consumer Customer Service & Collaboration teams, and partners with U.S. Retailers and the commercial teams to drive enhanced value to our strategic partners and Consumer Health.

This Executive oversees the development and execution of E2E strategies designed to drive collaborative logistics processes with our Retail Customers and bring critical VOC back into E2E Supply Chain.  S/he ensures that the highest caliber talent is recruited and developed so that the organization continues to improve on organizational skill sets, process improvements, and business results.  Directly accountable for U.S. Consumer Customer collaboration, including meeting with key customer senior leadership to discuss business results and strategic business initiatives, this Executive meets with Sales and Finance Leadership to develop key customer joint business plans to drive sales and profitability.  S/he is accountable to E2E Order fulfillment metrics, targets, and performance. 

 


Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or Advanced degree in these fields is preferred
  • Minimum 8 years of logistics experience is required
  • Minimum 15 years of overall business experience is required.
  • Experience working in a highly matrixed, cross functional organization is critical for success. Multi-sector experience is preferred.
  • Proven delivery of organizational strategy and deployment
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the end-to-end supply chain
  • Customer-centric mindset
  • Knowledge and experience in customer facing role
  • Strong collaboration skills and able to influence without authority
  • Cross functional business experience
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and implement approved strategies to drive value for J&J businesses
  • Solid problem solving and analytical experience influencing skills
  • Project management skills.
