Role and Responsibilities
Oversees cafe operation and Shuttle Services on site and ensure compliance with health and safety standards and plan and provide nutritious meals.
Handle customer comments, resolve issues related to food quality, monitor the food's taste and appearance, consult with the cafe management team to plan healthy and cost-effective menus.
Manage cafe equipment maintenance vendor(s), coordinate purchasing cafe equipment and keep detailed administrative records for Cafe and Shuttle Service.
Coordinate company initiative catering/promotion events etc.
Work days and hours: 1st -Shift, Mon - Fri, 8am-5pm.
Skills and Qualifications
BS degree required.
Minimum 6-year experiences in food service/retail industry.
Excellent communication skills.
Excellent data collection & data analysis skills.
Positive work environment.
Marketing experiences preferred.
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel & PPT.
Strong work ethic, and open to new ideas.

Be a self-starter with problem solving skills.
