If you are an entry level IT Asset Analyst who is looking for a new challenge within Asset Management and would be interested in working with one of the fastest-growing tech companies then we would like to tell you more about our team growth and how you could fit in.
Working from our Reno office you will focus on these four core elements:
Review/Approve laptop and accessory standards.
Review/Approve MyCoupa requests for IT related assets (accessories etc).
Conduct quarterly audits of hardware purchases and reclamation (e.g. ensure assets disposals are done correctly and CMDB accuracy).
Develop and track budget for laptop purchases.
What you will bring to the role:
Have a Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent IT experience
Have extensive knowledge of home and office systems.
Have good problem-solving skills.
Keen eye for detail.
Process oriented and organized.
Excellent time management skills.
Have great Communication - Fluent English is a must and it would be great if you have another language.
It would also be great (but not essential) for you to have:
Experience working with a mix of local & globally distributed teams.
