Research Associate 1 - Psychology
Department of Psychology, College of Arts & Sciences, has an open part-time research associate 1 position assisting Dr. Perry in conducting a research protocol language use in preschool classrooms. Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field required. Expertise in naturalistic recordings and structured preschool assessments required. Bilingual (English/Spanish) required to serve research participant population.
Understands and interprets research protocols and procedures.
Potentially may participate in the publication of significant results.
Maintains an overview of relevant research findings.
Ensures all research is undertaken according to good research practice.
Keeps abreast of current publications relative to methods, techniques, and developments within the area of research.
Performs calculations to complete research test results, collects data, and performs data management and quality control of data.
Adheres to University and unit-level policies and procedures and safeguards University assets.
Bachelorís degree in Psychology, Public Health or other related field
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
