Position Overview
The Sales Manager, B2C Channel Sales Responsible for growing business revenue on one of Samsung's premier partnership accounts. This role implements and maintains the integrity of division's strategies, reporting of the account's activities to management, implementation of sales programs, and attaining sales goals.

Role and Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Be effective and uphold the highest standards of integrity.
  • Be comfortable with ambiguity and distributed command.
  • Drive sales revenue of all categories on all designated accounts and opportunities, including, but not limited to, Distribution, Regional Retailers, and others.
  • Team well with people and systems.
  • Must possess strong sales acumen and a compelling customer presence, be able to communicate extremely clearly and effectively even in ambiguous circumstances, and ultimately be able to establish and enhance strong relationships with key customer contacts in order to successfully position Samsung's portfolio and drive sales.
  • Manage communications, sales promotion development, and training as required to stimulate and facilitate the sale of Samsung's products.
  • Manage cross-functional teams including account team Leadership, Product, Field Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Legal, external Samsung North American teams, Customer teams and others in order to drive the launch and sales of new products and solutions.
  • Responsible for solving moderately complex technical problems and responding to non-standard requests from internal and external customers in a fast paced environment.
  • Responsible for actionable analysis and associated periodic reporting of key account, market and industry trends.
  • Must be very comfortable with both the human and the data insights aspects of executing an effective sales strategy.
  • May be required to apply specialized knowledge to support product innovation, quality control, and overall product issues. May be responsible for development of more junior Sales staff as well as for soliciting and successfully gaining broader team consensus.
  • Up to 25% travel.

Background/Experience Required:

* Bachelor's Degree with 12+ years of experience required.

* Prior experience in enterprise technology sales, business development and/or OEMs and Carrier sales preferred.

* Impeccable interpersonal skills, confident and polished executive presence, and strong negotiation and client management and solution selling experience.

* Excellence in MS Office products including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

* Strong proficiency in navigating dashboards and data to discover actionable insights to drive sales.

*Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all assigned levels within and outside the company.

*Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments and projects.

*Review detailed product development, marketing documents and media materials as needed.

*Demonstrated competency in both oral and written communication modes for both internal and external personnel at various levels.

*Work independently and in a team environment in order to achieve customer business objectives, personal and team goals and complete assignments within established time frames and specifications.

*The ability to develop tasks and work assignments, based on sometime vaguely defined objectives.

Physical/Mental Demands:

Work is generally performed in an office environment. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between more than 50% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable work utilizing high visual acuity / detail, numeric / character distinction and moderate hand / finger dexterity. The movement and transportation of equipment, most of the time is under 25 pounds. Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenges and project management deadlines. Machines, tools, equipment, and work aids include PC's, printers, copiers, faxes and other equipment commonly associated with an office work area. May require working additional hours beyond normal schedule. Travel varies depending on position.
