Across our organization, we’re building a workplace where collaboration is essential, courage is rewarded, speed is encouraged, and agility is the norm to delight our consumers every single day!
Nestlé Coffee Partners (NCP) is on a mission to elevate how our consumers experience coffee. With brands like Starbucks, Nescafe and Chameleon, our diverse product portfolio is brimming with rich and fulfilling opportunities for motivated individuals passionate about sharing their love of coffee and the moments it creates.
Our Seattle office provides an inspiring and high-energy work environment that fuels our fast-paced growth, and our flexible, field-based positions across the country ensure that we are well positioned to pioneer the coffee market. Together, we will brew remarkable things!

What to expect:
The Rotational Development Program (RDP) is building the future leaders of the organization by exposing trainees to high visibility assignments in key functions within the business, and assigning projects that add real value to the business while gaining broad exposure to all functions within the sales organization.
The accelerated 24-month development program provides immense opportunities to learn about NCP’s sales functions. These functions will include category development, commercial development, and field sales. Graduates utilize their knowledge, network, and experiences to propel their career forward as they explore multiple career paths throughout the organization.

Here is a breakdown of the leadership program:

Rotation 1: Category Development – Seattle based – 8 month rotation
The first rotation will provide participants with exposure to multiple teams that make up the NCP Category and Shopper Solutions organization. You will develop your coffee category knowledge, shopper behavior understanding, and data analytics skills to drive the creation of forward-looking category strategies. These skills build relationships with customers, drive category growth, and grow internal sales. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with Shopper Marketing and Shopper Innovation & Experience teams. Nestlé Coffee Partners continues to deliver best in class thought leadership to the industry. In this rotation, you will play an integral role in continuing that reputation.

Rotation 2: Commercial Development – Seattle based – 8-month rotation
During the Commercial Development rotation, participants will contribute to the success of NCP by leveraging customer, category and shopper insights to develop product specific go-to-market strategies and serve as the conduit between marketing, operations, forecasting teams and our
customer teams. You will serve as the voice of the customer to drive internal strategy and decision making, while also then delivering internal strategy back to the customer teams to drive the business priorities.

Rotation 3: Account Manager – Field based – 8-month rotation
In the final rotation, participants are required to relocate to support a specific customer as the Account Manager. You will have the opportunity to work face-to-face with customers and will be responsible for increasing gross revenue, net revenue and achieving shared goals. Your role will expand our brands’ presence and success through the development and execution of customer specific sales, category and marketing plans, in collaboration with the assigned retail customer. You may work with key national customers such as Target, Kroger, Walmart, Albertsons, Costco, or many more!

Program Graduation:
At the completion of your third rotation, you graduate and pursue a career within the Nestlé Coffee Partners sales organization. These highly sought after positions are comprehensive, interactive and strategically coordinated into our sales department. You will capitalize on your experiences during the previous three rotations to excel in your next position.

The opportunity is based in the Seattle, WA corporate office during the first and second rotation, but will require relocation throughout the country to support a field customer during the third rotation.
