Support the deployment of modules and customers to the system;
Support the configuration of modules;
Identify and resolve issues with the system;
Identify and resolve data quality issues that may arise related to the deployment of additional modules
Support data integrations, extensions, and connectors within the Talent Management solution, as well as other applications.
Provide best practice guidance and advice on the optimal configuration and use of the modules including continuous evaluation of the system to improve performance;
Support the development and maintenance of enterprise system design documentation;
Subject matter expertise to support with vendor upgrades of the SaaS system (usually annually) or upgrades based on changes to underlying technology supporting the system (example migrating from Oracle to HANA database platform);
Analyze web services and Application Programming Interfaces (API) requirements, configure products / offerings to support authentication and authorization adhering to industry standards
Support assessments analyzes, establishing best practices and trainings to promote use of the system.
This position is part of a Federal Contract. US Citizenship is required in order to obtain the necessary clearance.
