About this role:
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Manager to own the tactical management of marketing automation campaigns for the DGG Global Commercial Marketing team. The right candidate will not just build and launch the campaigns but be able to help guide the creation of nurturing campaigns and be the go-to source, resulting in continual performance improvement. This candidate will be proficient in email marketing and marketing automation best practices and have experience working with enterprise-level Marketing Automation and CRM platforms for data quality, segmentation, and campaign deployment.
What You'll Do
* Act as a cross-functional contact working with stakeholders to build and execute world-class emails, landing pages, and automation campaigns * Ability to explain and educate team members on how marketing automation works as well as processes and timelines required to operationalize strategies * Advise on audience segmentation strategies to incorporate available demographic and lead information within Eloqua to optimize personalization, messaging, and relevance to increase engagement * Work closely with technical writers and graphic designer to ensure accuracy, quality, and brand consistency in all assets * Build, optimize, and launch digital assets (email, landing pages, forms, etc.) for promotional, lifecycle, and transactional marketing campaigns * Execute intelligent A/B testing to drive constant performance gains on open rates, engagement and conversion * Generate and analyze regular reporting on effectiveness and key performance indicators (KPIs) to share program impact and key learnings, recommending improvements as needed
* Strong understanding of email marketing principles and best practices, triggered campaigns, email testing and optimizing performance. * Strong understanding of marketing landing page optimization and best practices * 2+ years of regular hands on experience with a successful track record of implementing and managing marketing automation system (Eloqua preferred) * Keen eye and aptitude for troubleshooting with solutions led approach * Exemplary operational skills - strong ownership, project management and organizational skills with focus on results and timelines * Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment * Solid technical knowledge of HTML and CSS coding * Solid knowledge of CAN-SPAM and GDPR
* At least 1-year of experience working with Motiva in Eloqua * Advanced MS Office skills, especially in Excel and PowerPoint. * Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop * 3+ years of B2B Marketing experience * Experience with CRM systems, specifically SAP
