We are looking for a Service Delivery Director to join the Agilent Cross Lab business!
As the Director of Service Delivery, you will manage work groups representing multiple processes and/ or regions. You will design, manage, and execute tactical business plans to deliver business strategy and develop, execute multi-business programs.
You will be responsible for financial business management encouraging growth of the service business through cost reductions of service delivery, maximizing lead generation, and revenue recognition. You will understand and meet customer needs through the creation of services, the provision of effective delivery processes, and ongoing support. You will build partnerships with other support organizations to ensure a profitable revenue growth, while optimizing customer satisfaction.
You will manage employees in Field Service Engineering and Service Tech Families to ensure successful implementation, installation, repair, calibration and support of customers' (Agilent and/or non Agilent) products/instruments and accountable for meeting P&L targets.
In this role, you will have direct responsibility for employees at expert, supervisor, and management levels. Successfully demonstrated ability to translate strategy into tactic, successfully have defined strategy for initiative/program delegated by SM.
Location: Home office in the Northern CA area
* Bachelors or Masters preferred, University Degree required plus typically 5+ years of relevant experience as a first level and second level top performing manager * Experience with managing at least more than one function, area or country or business unit * Demonstrated strong management and leadership skills in implementing program/organization strategies
