The Agilent Diagnostic & Genomics Group (DGG) is rapidly growing our digital marketing team to include a strategic and experienced Digital Marketing Manager. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to DGG's global digital strategy implementation and roll out. A key part of this role will be driving deeper adoption and use of key digital enablers and tools across the division. This is a collaborative role working across the DGG Commercial Marketing team including marketing programs, field marketing, marketing communications, sales, IT, digital channel, and other Agilent teams.
* Lead marketing automation strategy as the key hub of the DGG digital marketing ecosystem, including email marketing, A/B testing, segmentation, lead scoring and automated nurture campaigns * Work with Agilent teams for platform improvements, deployment, and Eloqua integration projects designed to improve engagement and conversions * Strong ability to lead, mentor and coach a distributed team within a highly matrixed organization * Consult and troubleshoot campaigns, workflows, and data to ensure Eloqua campaign success for DGG * Serve as an internal specialist to team, assisting team members when marketing technology questions arise * Manage key projects relating to deployment, use and optimization of digital tools, technologies and processes * Maintain close alignment with Legal and Regulatory to ensure compliance * Other strategic responsibilities across DGG digital marketing may include emerging technologies, content, engagement, social media or web
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities for Success
* Ability to flex from strategy to execution and implementation as business needs demand * Strong communicator with the skills to expertly consult colleagues across division and explain often sophisticated ideas in a digestible format * Project management skills, with an ability to plan ahead and anticipate needs while staying flexible as needs change * Understanding of the interplay of the digital ecosystem including marketing automation, CRM, third party tools and web channels * Ability and desire to own email channel strategy for DGG and deliver the best possible experiences for our audiences and customers * Familiar with content marketing and UX/UI best practices that drive audience engagement and conversions * Knowledge of standard methodologies for the email channel including design, deliverability and html * Data curious - ability to interpret and communicate analytic data to relevant stakeholders * Ability to quickly learn new concepts and tools
Position is Work from home in N. America
* A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field: or equivalent combination of academic education, certifications, training and/or work experience * 8+ years of relevant business experience * 4+ years of relevant digital marketing experience * Eloqua strategy and execution experience a requirement * Knowledge and understanding of global privacy, compliance and SPAM policies and restrictions (GDPR, LGPD, CCPA, CASL, CAN-SPAM etc.) * Proven experience in a regulated, global environment preferred * Strong written and oral communications including presentation skills * MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint proficiency * Ability work with cross-functional global teams in a dynamic matrix environment
