Lifecycle / CRM Marketing Director

Outcomes:

Drive long-term growth for Leslie’s through innovative, impactful and scalable marketing programs. We are looking for a motivated and creative marketing director to join us in translating business goals into engaging customer experiences across the website and in our marketing channels, direct mail, email, digital and push.

Plan, build, and execute scalable, predictable and repeatable lifecycle programs that achieve growth targets while improving customer retention. You will also manage our loyalty program.
Leverage data and insights to develop campaigns, communications, and programs. The role requires a passion for results, a commitment to action-oriented analysis, an attitude that anything is possible, and a relentless focus on the customer. Using customer and marketing data, turn business goals and priorities into quarterly marketing campaign plans for New Customer Acquisition, New Customer Nurture, Retention, Win Back and other lifecycle campaigns designed to increase customer lifetime value.

Work at the strategic level to define media strategies to drive growth across all mediums including traditional, digital, and organic. Leverage both direct reports and matrixed capabilities in media channels and analytics to accomplish goals.
Drive incremental revenue and transactions while improving relevancy through experimentation and personalization
Lead loyalty program redesign and implementation.
Meet financial objectives through annual budget preparation and ongoing forecasting and results analysis. Build measurement framework with reporting to quantify impact, identify trends, and track key initiatives, partnering with analytics team on ad-hoc analysis and deep dives
Drive incremental revenue and transactions while improving relevancy through experimentation and personalization
Collaborate with e-commerce teams to create site experiences that meet performance goals.
Harness technology for programmatic personalization at scale, utilizing APIs, machine-learning models and behavioral data to improve customer relevancy and revenue impact

Qualifications & Requirements
Experience in email or performance marketing with an emphasis on personalization and experimentation, with the ability to learn new technologies, products, or systems quickly.
Loyalty experience, a plus.

Robust analytical skills - quickly digesting large amounts of data, identifying trends and pursuing the right questions to take action
Proficiency with analytics tools and web traffic reporting (GA360), and ability to do deep data analysis and drive recommendations to senior leadership.
A history of thriving in fast-paced environments.

10+ year's marketing experience, BA/BS degree, MBA preferred
A sense of humor, a positive attitude and adaptability.
