We are looking for a highly competent and motivated engineer to fill a Network Segmentation role in our Enterprise Segmentation Services team to support Wells Fargo's direction on segmenting critical applications and systems across the enterprise. This role will provide engineering and escalations for the enterprise as it relates to Endpoint Segmentation and micro segmentation strategies. The primary responsibilities include:
Firewall Policy Creation - Identify conversation flows and build firewall policy for applications being segmented. Participate in the on-boarding of applications into our segmentation products
Engineering Certifications - Taking product vendor releases and certifying those releases for consumption at Wells Fargo
Operational Escalations - On call for the engineering team to provide troubleshooting and resolution on the most complex problems and issues
Script Automation - Ability to write Python scripts to pull and push data in and out of API's for automating common tasks

5+ years of systems analysis experience
5+ years of systems programming experience
2+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: Agile, Kanban, or Lean methodology
Expert knowledge and understanding of technologies related to infrastructure engineering
Ability to identify, report, and solution problems in new and existing software in a team environment
Ability to identify and correct system capacity issues
Ability to help remediate tough technical support issues
In-depth technical solution knowledge, including installation, configuration, performance tuning, and problem solving
Other Desired Qualifications
Cisco Tetration experience
Ability to travel up to 5% of the time
