Job Description: • Engage with customers to share coffee expertise through storytelling and coffee tastings • Work collaboratively with a team of Sales Specialists to achieve sales goals • Showcase and demonstrate the use of our wide range of coffee machines • Provide exceptional customer service that will engage and inspire the customer leading to loyalty and sales. • Ensure operational compliance and quality standards

Requirements: • High School Diploma or GED required • 1 year customer service experience strongly preferred • Availability to work through January 2020
