The purpose of the Business Systems Consultant 4 role is to facilitate data center compliance based activities and efforts to ensure an 'audit ready' posture and to ensure alignment and enforcement of corporate standards, policy and regulatory requirements. 

  • Accountable for reviewing standardized process and procedure in collaboration with our primary partner groups to assure alignment/compliance with corporate policy and regulatory entities. 
  • With a main focus on contract and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) compliance.
  • Maintain communication between team members to ensure all parties are notified of change request status.
  • Responsible for providing input and consulting of remediation based activities that may drive process and or procedural change to comply with current or emerging policy or risk themes.
  • Partner with Business Initiatives Consultant 3 CMMS Manager to ensure all systems of record are up to date and compliant.
  • Audit and maintain all engineering related data within systems of record for all sites within assigned region including positions and responders, site classifications, assets and status of all Change Requests and Incident Reports ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Partner with System Support Analyst 2 position to ensure systems of records requirements are being fulfilled to avoid arbitrations within assigned portfolio.
  • Provide support to Technology Group partners in regards to Audit Readiness requirements, audit ready routines and quality assurance reviews.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both demonstrated through work or military experience

  • Ability to identify and assess issues then make sound decisions
  • Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Other Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in critical equipment (UPS, Generators, HVAC and electrical distribution).
  • Knowledge of common computer applications to include Microsoft Office applications such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Background in OSHA, NFPA, EPA, local and national codes and requirements.
