Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT), Service Management provides support to our Application Development, Application Availability, and Platform Engineering teams for a diverse portfolio of 1,000+ applications. We are seeking a Business Systems Consultant 6 - Vulnerabilities Remediation Coordinator to join our Service Management team focused on Risk Mitigation/Vulnerabilities Remediation.Â The ideal candidate would be a self-starter, with the ability to work as part of a team or individually.Â Candidate will utilize leadership backgroundÂ to facilitate daily, weekly, and monthly vulnerabilities remediation scheduling and support.Â This position will also be involved with emergency remediation across a global vulnerabilities remediation team.Â A strong focus on cross-functional team operations along with experience in a continuous delivery environment preferred.
The Vulnerabilities Remediation Coordinator provides overall remediation governance oversight of aligned EFT CIO group assets.
Acts as a liaison between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex business problems.
Own process documentation via continuous development/improvement of various new & existing processes, including maintaining of SharePoint site.
Collaborates with Enterprise Teams, Platform Leaders and Team Members to execute and facilitate vulnerabilities remediation in a consistent and repeatable process.
Facilitates check points to include data review, status updates, and vulnerabilities base and emergency project progress.
Works with the Platform Leaders to evaluate data and reporting needs and requirements, enhancement requirements and layout/design, and scheduling requirements.
Acts as an internal consultant within Service Management and Platform Operations on tools and process enhancements/definition/improvement to re-engineer for greater efficiencies.
Works with platform team members on monthly vulnerabilities sustainment process and support.
Assists during emergency events on various event roles, including leadership, documentation, Everbridge coordination/escalations.
Works with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes.
Assists Technology Manager(s) with compliance associated to Enterprise operational risk programs and audit regulations.
Provides direction and guidance to less experienced staff
Ensures service quality and cost-effectiveness of solutions for team.
Maintains regular contact with management within Technology and the supported LOBâs. Provides communications on upcoming remediation efforts and patching requirements with issues and management escalation.
May work directly with senior management and is considered a high-level expert.
This position may require some evening/weekend hours in support of project implementations.
10+ years of business systems analysis experience, design experience, or a combination of both
5+ years of experience creating pivot tables and performing data analysis in Excel
5+ years of experience with data analysis and documentation
5+ years of process improvement experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong customer relationship management skills
Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
Knowledge and understanding of analytical methods used in: statistical analysis, modeling, and reporting
1+ year of SharePoint administration experience
Ability to influence and collaborate at all internal organizational levels
Ability to manage process improvement initiatives to optimize operational effectiveness and efficiencies
Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities
Ability to identify and manage complex issues and negotiate solutions within a geographically dispersed organization
Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access, and Project) skills
Knowledge and understanding of asset management function support
Exposure to Wells Fargo PAC2000 -WF's ticketing system based on Remedy application
Other Desired Qualifications
Experience with industry leading business intelligence tools, preferably Tableau.
This position may require some evening/weekend hours in support of vulnerability emergencies.
