Location: Mt. Sterling, Illinois Reports To: Hagel 1891 General Manager / Chef
Your Role:
Setup, tear down and clean up the banquet room , and other locations if needed
Work with other line cooks in the kitchen to prepare all food according to specifications, and in a timely fashion to meet customer needs
Ensure that all stations are cleaned at the end of a shift, including, but not limited to disposing of leftovers or garbage, cleaning utensils, pots, pans and cooking surfaces
Role Specifics:
Hours may vary depending per each event
Schedule includes evenings and weekends
Ability to travel to events at Twin Hollows and other various locations if needed
Qualifications

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Fundamental understanding of sanitation, cleanliness, and personal hygiene
