Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

CHR is committed to becoming a more just and equitable agency and recently launched a far-reaching learning collaborative focused on increasing diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) throughout the agency.
Our short-term goals include hosting a range of thought-provoking and interactive learning opportunities for all staff throughout CHR. Over the long run, our goals are to embed the principles of DE&I into the fabric of CHRís culture. Ultimately, we would like all staff, as well as the individuals we serve, to report that they feel heard, appreciated and included in all aspects of daily life at CHR.
