The Whole Health Clinical Coordinator position is under the supervision of the Whole Health Program Manager. The primary purpose of the position is to assist the Whole Health Program Manager in the coordination of the implementation of the Whole Health System of Care, with special attention to the integration of PACT teams and the roles and responsibilities of the whole health coaches in alignment of such integration.

The Whole Health Clinical Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Whole Health Program Manager in developing and expanding integrative health services within VACHS, including but not limited to coaching, mindful movement practices such as Yoga and Tai Chi, biofeedback, mindfulness classes, meditation practices, Veteran engagement, acupuncture, and health education groups. The incumbent assists the Whole Health Program Manager in the supervision and provision of integrative health services and may also serve as a direct provider of some of services. The incumbent oversees the scheduling of referred Veterans and service provision of coaching and integrative health interventions. In addition, maintenance of all integrative health resources including books and equipment are under the purview of the incumbent. The incumbent seeks to develop and maintain outstanding working relationships with staff in all PACT team members and other services throughout all VACHS facilities.
