Let's get it started. It is advised in a book that I believe is creditable, that functional food, fruits and veggies are very important to the body. I would like to share this info in hopes that it was bring a better good for all. I have pomegranted juice with aloe vera juice. Cream of Wheat with flax seed aid the body is soft elimination. It's great in cornbread. The stuff has great body benefits.
