I don't know why some black men date only white women other than it may be their preference, but I think Wesley Snipes said he doesn't date black women because he thinks we have issues.
I went out with this "nut" who thought he was Hispanic and even had gone to the point of changing his last name to a "more Hispanic sounding last name". I found out he was crazy when I met his family. He was a real fruit cake.
Sister I'm really sorry you have had bad experiences with black female supervisors, because my best supervisor thus far was a black female who everyone loved and respected and I've not had anyone who has compared to her since. Might it be that some females overcompensate in a male dominated world by trying to imitate male behaviors but go a bit overboard with it???
