For Immediate Release From National Law Center on Homelessness & Poverty!
Plenaries from the 2019 National Forum on the Human Right to Housing on Facebook Live! Can’t make it to the National Forum on the Human Right to Housing? While there’s no substitute for being in the room with activists, litigators, those with lived experience of homelessness, and other important speakers, we will be livestreaming our main plenary sessions. On June 5, check out the Law Center’s Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/homelessnesslaw/) to see us stream key plenaries that discuss the importance of the case of Martin v. Boise and how it will impact advoacy and legal strategies going forward.
Our first plenary, “Martin: What Does it Mean and Where Do We Go Next with Litigation?” starts at 11:15 am Eastern time, while the second plenary, “Martin: Where Do We Go Next with Policy?” is at 1:30 pm. For details on the plenaries and the speakers involved in each, please check out the 2019 Forum agenda here: https://nlchp.org/get-involved/right-to-ho...
